Assignments and Responsibilities:

  • Complete training workshop to learn the CHI Plan
  • Collect prayer sign-up cards filled out by those who want to join the team
  • Choose assistance and train for leadership
  • Organize day and night teams - need leaders for both teams
  • Organize week-end prayer teams
  • Establish meeting places for day and night teams
  • Work with Prayer chain leader
  • Keep a list of all group teams - names- numbers- address etc.
  • Will obtain prayer list from all CHI groups - Churches and Community
  • Complete report information
  • Must be a member of Faith Group or Community people group


The Leadership Assignments Book will be available for all assignment.


Materials will also be available for the CHI plan.
